Pai pai de muy mala calidad

A parte de que no me llegaron todas las unidades pedidas, pero sí cobradas, los pai pai son de muy baja calidad: el plástico es muy endeble, viene muy deteriorado, el perfil rasca porque viene como mal cortado o roto en los bordes, y el papel se rasga enseguida. Por las fotos creí que al menos sería algo más decente. De 60 que compré, recibí 50 y todos de pésima calidad. No valen ni para adorno. No recomendable.

los personalizamos sin tener que abrirlos. Cuando el cliente los abrió, más de la mitad estaban rotos. Se desenganchaba el papel del plástico. La calidad no llega ni a una estrella porque sencillamente están rotos ya de fabrica. Me gustaría saber si serán abonados o que solución hay para esto.
